Yunno how it different feeling when you phrase philosophical stuff into them sentences like this. And somehow i like them at that.

Met yiwen in the library yesterday. Haven't seen her in ages. Introduced Kanon to me, and updated me that Tsuji Nozomi is pregnant and getting married. !!!





It's irresponsible of her considering all the projects she has on hand, and possibly she might regret what she did on hindsight. But, that's life, making mistakes and learning to cope with them. Better off than aborting the baby aye.



Here's to Tsuji Nozomi. I'll sure miss her 無理頭 and simplicity.

For my next assignment, I'm gonna make an "anti-KFC" poster. In the name of research, i went to KFC to eat my dinner. After dinner, i waited for the bus home. The bus came, and it was covered with advertisements for KFC. How ironic.

I think they look like those in calenders.
Mixed feelings cuz i generally don't like those pictures i see in calenders. I think they look retarded and commercialised.

Last saturday, hope singapore celebrated its 16th anniversary at downtown east D'Marquee. Here are some of the pictures. Feel free to kope, but please give credits. =)

Anniversary service was very refreshing and inspiring. It's a time when we celebrate and give thanks for all that God has done for the past one year. It is a testimony of God's goodness and faithfulness. =D

During one of my english lessons, we were learning about themes and transitivity, and how passivising sentences tend to leave out agents.


Teacher: Can anyone give me an example of an active sentence?
Student: I enjoy going to class.
Teacher: Oh, you sucker...


HAHAHHAHA.


This is something i developed using illustrator for an assignment.
I title it: My brain and migraine.



Met ber a couple days ago in school when i was on my way to nowhere. She wanted to get a new hp, so i accompanied her. We went to the singtel shop at taka, and the m1 shop at paragon. I tell you the service at m1 is SO much better than that at singtel, where the salesgirl simply directed us to brouchers. =.= The guy at m1, he said he's still studying in sp, explained to us the different functions of different hps, and compared for us the different student plans available and explained some terms and conditions we need to take note of. He's friendly and patient with us, even when ber took what, 30 mins(?) deciding which hp to get. He even took out his own hp to let us play with.


So, the moral of the story is, go to m1 shops, support good customer service.



And then another guy who attended to us was called Joe Toh (ma-te-kudasai). Hoo.

I want to watch 意, The Home Song Stories.

This is from really long ago when nusa3 had a ex-cg gathering at ziwei's place, in conjunction with christine's birthday.





It's been some time since we last gathered like this, esp. after edwin and christine moved on to the adults group. Robert went to malaysia and couldn't join us. Still remember how it was like when we were together in nusa3, and i think it's amazing seeing how we bonded together as a cg over the months and years.



Introducing... MAOMAO.

The last time we saw her, she was still a kitten, jumping around with limitless adrenaline. Now, she's a beautiful cat, tho a little naughty still.





Someone is afraid of maomao... hahahaha. =X

Yo. A quick post first to promote my new blog. As mentioned previously, nm2208 requires their students to each have a blog to show thought and development processes of our design assignments.

Today's gonna be a b-e-a-utiful day~!!





This morning started off on a good note, with FM933 announcing 新加坡金曲獎入圍名單, and our Superman Gary 曹格 入圍了六大獎項!! Woohoo~.

And then i met Nicholas to go to IT Co-op to fix my laptop wireless. After all the reformatting and re-installing of softwares, it is concluded that it is a hardware problem. 硬件問題。So the friendly IT guy who is very 'arh' with Nicholas changed wireless modem card (?) for me and tah-dah~! I can access wireless now! And in fact, i am typing this post using my good old baby laptop. Orh~, i'm so proud of my baby lah.

Later today, yz's gonna pass me a photoshop cd, so i can re-install photoshop into my laptop and start editing my photos and start posting them up! And start doing my nm2208 assignment, which you guys will see soon. I've created a blog for it already (It's a grading requirement).



So, yay, hip-hip-hurray for such a beautiful day. Cheerios everybody~!!

Here's an update about myself and what i've been up to for the past week.







As you know, school started. And as you might know, this is a rather hectic semester for me, considering two non-examinable modules, and more importantly, most of the modules i'm taking this sem aren't my forte.





Like for visual comms, i need to learn illustrator and relearn photoshop.

For critical discourse analysis, i need to learn to speak up in front of english majors, and be active in the online forum.

For film studies, i need to learn filming and video editing.





But all in all, i enjoy what i'm studying, and i'm trying to view all these as a challenge rather than a mountain of stress.









Timetable's quite heavy in a sense, with film screenings and optional studio sessions. Haven't been eating properly. Irregular meals, if not skipping of meals. I feel hungry for more than half the day. It's bad and i need to get used to the timetable and insert my meals accordingly.







Oh, and something happened. I lost almost all my photos. Don't ask me why. But somehow, it doesn't hit me as hard as i thought it would. Well, it's over and we all should look ahead.
